As the Sales/Marketing Admin at Baked Bros, you are an integral support force for our Sales, Marketing, and Events teams, helping us deliver outstanding customer experiences and impactful partnerships. Your expertise in managing administrative tasks lightens the load for our team, empowering them to prioritize revenue-generating activities. You possess a sharp attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effortlessly adapting to shifting priorities within our evolving industry. In this role, you will leverage multiple software platforms to streamline communication and track customer service pipelines, using each interaction to reinforce Baked Bros as a trusted brand. You bring a solutions-focused mindset, identifying and implementing improvements in our processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Exceptional communication skills and an eye for opportunities to enhance customer and partner engagement are essential for success in this role. With a strong commitment to professional growth, you'll play a vital role in elevating our standards daily.

This position will report directly to the CRO.

    Your work will be based in our Midtown Phoenix office, with office hours generally set for Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

    Team members must have reliable transportation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Customer & Partner Support

    • Monitor customer menus for product availability and upsell opportunities, relaying to Account Managers.
    • Analyze partner promotions and competitor activities to identify alignment opportunities.
    • Manage inbound customer service communications, aiming to convert interactions into positive outcomes.

    Promotion & Compliance

    • Build and coordinate promotions via internal systems to boost brand presence.
    • Assist with compliance document collection for smooth transaction processing.
    • Support Account Managers in creating partner incentives to enhance engagement.

    Cross-Department Coordination

    • Streamline communication across Sales, Marketing, Events, and Distribution teams.
    • Collaborate on refining SOPs to enhance efficiency and results.
    • Coordinate marketing requests, promo materials, and event support.

    Data Management

    • Ensure accuracy across systems, minimizing errors and optimizing data usability.
    • Audit customer and partner data to support accurate reporting.

    Office Organization & Supplies

    • Maintain an organized, on-brand office environment.
    • Coordinate orders for office supplies, print materials, and event items.

    Marketing & Community Engagement

    • Source and evaluate branded swag and event materials to support visibility.
    • Support consistent, on-brand social media presence as needed.
